Note: depending on which device you are using, and which version iOS you are running, the below screens may look slightly different. Never fear, the settings you need to input will be the same.
To setup your Cloud Telecom POP3 email account on an iPhone or iPad please follow the steps below:
Select ‘Settings‘

Select ‘Mail, Contacts, Calendars’

Select ‘Add Account…’
Select ‘Other‘

Select ‘Add Mail Account‘

Enter your account details-
Enter your Name, Email Address & Password.
The Description is simply for your purposes.
Select ‘Next‘

Select ‘POP’

Enter the Incoming Mail Server details.
Host Name will be mail.cloudtelecom.net.au
The User Name will be your full email address
The ‘Password’ will be your email password

Enter the Outgoing Mail server details.
Host Name will be mail.cloudtelecom.net.au
The User Name and Password are the same as the Incoming details
Press Save

Press ‘Continue‘ twice or 3 times until the setup completes
