ADSL Internet Troubleshooting

If you ever experience slow speeds, a drop out or other issues with your ADSL or ADSL2+ service we always recommend the first thing your do is power cycle your modem.

This is done by simply disconnecting power from the modem and leaving it off for about 30 seconds. Then switch the modem back on and wait a few minutes before trying to go online again.

If this does not work the next thing to do is to perform an Isolation Test. A step by step guide on how to do this can be found HERE
